Cancelled is the word used by BBC.

A lot of the future meetings will be dependant on any enforced quarantine conditions brought in by whatever countries, Qatar might not be the only one.

and Qatar has lost motogp race because they won't allow Italians to travel, moto 2 & 3 were already there testing so this weekend we can look forward to moto2 as the title race but I think moto 3 should be the title race.
