They did chest x ray, blood test and tests on my phlegm and said it was bacterial pneumonia, they wanted to keep me in for one night observation but I asked if it was risky me saying no and she said we would prefer it as you have a fever of 39.5 but if you want to go home and come back in if you feel short of breath again you can, so I opted for that. Still feel rotten still fever (just in the a afternoon and eve strangely).
 

I miss my appetite the most ☹️ and very bored.

That explains it, then. Blood test will have confirmed bacterial infection (possiblysputum also) so no need to look further unless you fail to respond to the antibiotics that I assume were prescribed. Be vigilent about taking them and also staying hydrated.
