Went to Big C, Pattaya Tai to get few things I needed. Food court closed, but last food, Boots and coffee shop open.  Driving home, loads of farangs about the place, many restaurants open and serving good numbers, markets choc-a- block with punters, Thai and Farang.  To be honest, apart from the lack of Indians and Chinese and a few shops being shuttered, it looked fairly normal, better than normal actually.  Pragmatism obviously  rules okay.
