hello I wonder if you could help me as I cannot seem to find out where I stand with my visa and the time is coming where I have to do a border run.

I know borders are closed and I am on a Multiple Entry O visa which I have 6 months still left on it my plan was to do a border run to mai sai and extend for another 3 months but of course that is not possible now.

What are my options, if i get an extension at CM immigration for 2 months will my multiple O visa be cancelled so I lose potentially 6 months here.

thank you things are so confusing at this time but i need to plan as I only have about 8 days left so want toget what I need together

Getting an extension of the 90 day entry from your non-o visa will not cancel your visa.

If married to or the parent of a Thai you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit them.

If not then you can get a special 30 day extension that will require a letter from your embassy to apply for it.

Your visa will remain valid until the day it expires. People apply for the 60 day extension all the time without a problem.

No need for a letter from your embassy.

You wife will need to be with you when you apply. You will need your marriage certificate and a copy of it, copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card.
