You dont say what sort of letter you require???

In november,i got a letter from embassy to authorise my nz super payments from nz. For my retirement extension,using income and money in bank combo.

The embassy was very efficient and pleasant.

I do the same as Murray and they are very helpful.

Thanks MarleyMari. Let's see if they can can provide the letter by email as I live in Phuket.

They will normally send you a email for you to confirm that they have done it correctly then send by courier after you have into there bank account and you have emailed the bank receipt. Very fast.  Suggest you phone them first.
