Generic Anastrozole or Arimidex in Sukhumvit

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I'm new to posting on here but I've been lurking for some time!

I am currently on TRT from the UK and due to the current travel restrictions I can't head back to the UK to re-order another 3 month supply. Up until now, I've always been happy to order from the UK as I'm on hCG too (Gonasi) which I've heard is quite hard to get hold of here but the current COVID-19 situation is making me rethink my strategy and whether I should look to source my TRT supplies within Thailand going forward as I will run out by mid-May.

Anyway, I will run out of Anastrozole much sooner and although there are some old threads about obtaining generic Anastrozole or Arimidex in the Sukhumvit area, I'm looking to see whether anyone has any recent recommendations and whether a prescription was needed?

I'm only looking for the genuine product! Generic Anastrozole or any brand name is fine. I'm currently taking 0.5mg every 5 days.

Thanks!

This drug is prescription only so can be hard to find outside of a hospital (even if you have prescription - most pharmacies do not carry prescription only drugs).

You could try Southeast Pharmacy which is on Sukhumvit near Soi 15. North side of Sukhumvit.

If that fails you might also try MedConsult Asia's pharmacy refill service

https://www.medconsultasia.com/order-your-prescription

They are able to refill prescription-only meds, but I don't know what if anything they require by way of proof of prescription

As for generics there are no locally made ones. There is a brand from Cyprus called Aremed and one from Pakistan called Femizet, I don't have any info on the quality

Thank you, @Sheryl! I'll report back...
