If I can;t get in to a movie after  about 10 minutes of watching for whatever reason I switch over to something else. Do you have a similar system?

This morning "We go in at Dawn" made about 7 minutes. And many more.

Plus, the "so bad they are good movies" - what are yours?

I once worked with a young cuss who only liked the "so bad they're good" movies, wouldn't admit to anything being a good movie otherwise.  Put me off to the whole concept.

It's 30 pages for books.

It used to be around 20 minutes for movies, but now that a dl them and watch them on a computer the time limit is less.  There are certain entertainers I just don't like looking at, so I may think "I can't bear looking at these people for another hour."

Something I've been noticing in recent years is that there is some great acting but the movie itself is terrible.  A few examples are Sandra Bullock in All About Steve, Meryl Streep in  RIcky and the Flash, and Denzel in Roman J. Israel.

As for music I tried Dylan's JFK song, gave up in app. 10 seconds.
