Visa extension

Featured Replies

Hi everyone.

I have seen a lot of writing about visa extension, and all very confusing.

My situation is as follows.

I have 60 day tourist visa. It runs out on the 2nd of May.

Do I need to go to the visa office for my 30 day extension, or can i just let it ride over until I may need another extension there are no flights yet to book in May.

Many help with this situation please

Moved your topic to here.

You do not need to do anything until the emergency decree ends.

You are allowed to stay in the country until the above is announced.

Two off topic inflammatory posts have been removed.

OP, it is not that confusing. Your current permission of stay is until May 2.

Most people thinking emergency decree will be extended. That's the thing you need focus on. One would assume that should happen last week April.

Added note. Read just today that think it was Germany that announced zero fines etc for Schengen visa holders to June 1.

Yes correct. Thailand could do lot than they have so far.
