An emergency decree stipulates that shopping malls must be closed until April 30 and Central said it was awaiting the new announcement. The company said on April 18 that its priority was still the safety of clients and employees during the pandemic and it would continue to strictly follow the government’s measures. And most of the Thai people are not in the class of 5000 Baht handouts and free food. I bet their upper class credit cards will survive the crisis. By May 1 there may not be anyone in thailand with the virus, and those that had it will have all recovered. I say open massage parlors and all bars, yet space everything 2 meters apart and all "service" staff wears masks and disposable gloves. If someone coughs or sneezes you shut everything down and test everyone.
