What's wrong with her hands?

Neither her hand not her other assets look suspicious to me

(I have chosen one of her most tame pictures)

nongspoo.jpg

According to Wikipedia she underwent "gender affirming surgery", so she is transexual.

Watched the video ........ completely worthless and boring, don't waste your time looking guys.

I don't understand why the Thai police wasted their time on it either.

cos they have nothing better to do since all the smart cars are currently out of action due to no tourists walking the streets?

Just a thought.

All I see is the hypocrisy.

Indeed. That was a common thought in the thread I mentioned before (about the guy busted in Pattaya for having porn on his personal computer).

Thailand attempts to present a squeaky clean image to the world and it's own citizens while trying to downplay the seedier aspects of life here. Hence how they blur out things like smoking, nudity and any scene where someone is pointing a weapon at another person in a TV show or movie.

Meanwhile, half the world (maybe more), when they think about Thailand, they think about "go go bars" and cheap sex.

It's like Amsterdam. What's the first thing you think about when you hear the name Amsterdam ? "Red Light District" and drugs (usually). And it lives up to that reputation (at least it did when I went there in the early 80s).
The difference is, a more "liberal" population there than here (obviously). However, even there, they've had to clamp down on things a bit to keep them from getting out of control.
(Wander around the back alleys of Amsterdam and you'll see the real "seedier" side of life there.)

Perhaps that is what happened in Thailand as well. The authorities clamped down on things to prevent them from getting out of control.

We all know the saying "give them an inch and they'll take a mile". It applies to the sex industry as well. Go easy on them just a little and they will try to bust the gates wide open because they know - sex sells. If it didn't, we wouldn't have Walking Street and Nana and Soi Cowboy for example.

And with "sex" usually comes "drugs" and Thailand spent a long time trying to get rid of the reputation it had for drugs before (back when the "Golden Triangle" was operating at full capacity).
It certainly doesn't want to gain that rep back again, and doesn't want the rest of the world to think of Thailand as a "sex tourism" destination.

(And the reality is, "sex tourism" is not why most tourists come here. It may be why so many older, single, white men from "Western" countries come here, but they do not represent the majority of the tourists.)

How else do you measure the infinite sadness of the sexually repressed?

Pleas don't forget to mention, that 90% of the sex-trade caters to Thais, with high(er) olicemen owning and running "karaoke"- bars, that no foreigner will ever set foot in and that everybody turns a blind eye on incest and pedophilia!

Of which approximately 2.23 million views was me! Had nothing else to do during the nightly curfew. No booze in the house either and the TV program was <deleted> as usual.

Oh, there are no real laws here. They’re often enforced selectively. Laws are often interrupted on the whim of a person who doesn’t understand them themselves. That’s why we have vague laws like the computer crimes law. Hell, you can openly advertise illegally-hoarded face masks for sale on FB. That’s not a crime if you know the right people. But heaven forbid you forward this video and point out that this is illegal. Forwarding the video is fine until you point out the fact that the people in the video are breaking the law.

Prosecuting this woman has nothing to do with upholding any form of law and order. It’s about saving face and pretending that a society is deeply conservative and is above seeing sex as fun. Meanwhile, soldiers beat to death a drug suspect.

Indeed. A virgin society of almost 70 million people who apparently all grew on mango trees.

Years ago there was a group or two trying to push the idea that it was foreigners that were responsible for the child sex trade in Thailand. One group even put out a video purportedly made by a "reporter" visiting a place that offered kids for sex.

That video was quickly proved to be bogus right from the start as it was noticed it had been made in Cambodia, not Thailand (though they claimed it was Thailand). I think there was also an issue of proof as it was claimed the kids shown were being offered for sex but what was shown could have just as easily been some shanty in a poor part of town where all the adults were outside while the "reporter" walked through. In other words, they just showed a video of some kids living in a poor neighbourhood and then claimed they were all available for sex - along with the claim that it was supposedly in Thailand.)

At the same time though, crime stats showed that in reality, 95% of the child sex problem in Thailand was domestic ! Thais forcing Thai children into the sex trade. Many stories of "madams", mommasans (and even loan sharks) paying poor farmers for their daughters and then making them work in massage parlours and karaoke bars to pay off the debt. It seems that bidding for a young girl's virginity was a common thing as well (and was quite the money maker at times).

That was years ago and it seems the issue faded away after that because it hasn't seemed to be in the news (anywhere) as much as it used to be. Still, the stigma remains and there are a lot of people who see a foreign man with a young Thai girl and automatically assume he's a pervert (because they think that some guy who's banging underage girls is going to wander around shopping malls in broad daylight showing her off to his fellow pervs).

It's a reputation that will take years to eventually fade away, and one that would make a rapid come back if the authorities were to "lighten up" a bit with regards to things like the sex industry.

My goodness, there are a more than a few female Thai sinners, and video stars in other countries tarnishing the fine and pure image of Thailand.

Arrest them all I say.

Actually, it has happened. A couple of stories (from years ago) of Thai women being arrested for stuff they did overseas (i.e. porn movies). Probably had "Thailand" prominently displayed in the name or "story".

Even Tata Young was chastised for her song Sexy Naughty Bitch and that didn't have any nudity or "obscene" material in it at all !

And remember last year when it made headline news about a Thai performer who'd upset some people because she made a few to many "hip thrusts" (simulating sexual activity) during her performances.

My partner says that there is still a stigma attached to Thai women who either marry or live with falangs, the general concensus is that they are all prostitutes, unless they come from a hi so family of course.

That concensus is Thailand wide, not just Pattaya, or do you assume that every woman who lives in Pattaya is a prostitute?
