I entered on March 13 on a Tourist Visa, do I need to get a stamp RE: July 31st automatic extension?

The date of your arrival is immaterial. What is the expiration date of your permission to stay ie the UNTIL date in the last arrival stamp in your passport?

OP, some folk refer to visa exempt entry as tourist visa. However doesn't matter if you entered visa exempt or in fact with tourist visa. You would have been given untill date stamp of 30 or 60 days. Either way your until date is post March 26.

You now are permitted to stay till July 31.
