Jingthing
Regardless of any regulations, assuming you don't live with these people, you should all wear masks and keep your distance.
twocatsmac
As long as they’re all 18 your good to go.

Big Joke
An exception to the rule is that Chang Beer wife beater shirt wearers must stay at least 10 meters apart. This was rescinded when it was realized there was not enough square kilometers in Chonburi to accommodate them.
JusticeGB
Local restaurants are not allowed to serve alcohol and everyone has to sit 1metre apart and tables have to be 1.5 metres apart and not allowed to play music. Everybody has to be home by 10pm. Just apply those rules and have fun. If a neighbour complains you are still breaking the rules I don't think you are allowed visitors in your house unless you have a covid19 health certificate certificate obtained in the last 48 hours stating that all of you are covid19 free. Have fun ????????
MadMuhammad
Keep it low key and you will likely have no issues. I know of 2 birthday parties with 7 or 8 people in the last couple of weeks in my condo with no issues whatsoever.

jack7106
I suggest relocating your birthday party to the Soi Buakhao markets – then you will have no problems whatsoever????????♂️ Social distancing - no worries, noise - supplied free of charge. Scatter proof area when the local constabulary turn up as they won’t know which of 1000s of people were the actual partygoers???????????????????????? Max69xl
The official answer is NO. Social gatherings are forbidden nationwide until further notice under the Emergency decree. There are no special rules in Pattaya.
