That sounds crazy LOL!  It's so bizarre how individual Imm offices seem to make up their own version of rules and procedures.  I never heard of a bank book being required to do 90 day reporting.  Doing it online is the ONLY way to go ????

I think your difficulties may just be an anomaly since you tried to do it during the amnesty period.  I know a lot of people have difficulties with the online portal and hopefully Imm has improved it during the last few months.  We'll see ????
