Pattaya Tshirt printing 2020 ? DTG printer or dye sublimation ? where to print piece by piece ?

Featured Replies

hello,

About Tshirt printing, many ways to process:

1. Screen Printing
2. Direct to Garments (DTG)
3. Dye Sublimation
4. Heat Press Printing
5. Heat Transfer Vinyl
6. Plastisol transfer

Do you know any shop doing it by piece around Pattaya ? to print 1 different design on different tshirts. Only DTG can do this it seems ?

How much do you pay for 1 design printed on 1 tshirt ?

thank you if you can help.

There is a place on Thappraya Road. I have no idea if they can do what you need. I only know that they were there.

On the left, travelling from Jomtien to Pattaya.

It is certainly possible, but here is the thing: As with all printing, the initial setup until you can print the first shirt is what costs most, all prints after that would be much cheaper.

So if you are willing to pay the setup costs for each single shirt, a company that is currently low on work will do it for you. If their workbooks are full, they will not do it, as the profit for them comes with mass production.

Direct To Garment printing has practically zero set up costs, the piece price for 1 T-shirt should cost the same as the piece price for 20.

Screen printing on the other hand has high setup costs and not cost effective for small run numbers, also limited in print detail.

Then there is sublimation.

no setup cost for DTG

please only talk about what you know.

DTG only needs a file to send to the computer.
