Pattaya Quarantine

If arriving in Pattaya from Phuket (or anywhere else come to that) do I need to do any quarantine?

Not if they do like the government said. They have opened up you provincial travel. Apart from that, I would not be surprised if the governor have his own rules.

There is no quarantine requirement in Pattaya at this time, you are free to come and go... however, you might find it difficult to find paid accomodation, as most hotels are still locked up.

No, recently came down from a Northern province  where there was still  "quarantine" and for your info  there were  no checks on leaving that Province either.
