I was told by a THAI airways agent back in April that the 27th October is the target date for resumption of "normal" services. If any airline knows when things will ease it would be THAI. Chinese included. Whilst I might agree that the irony of prioritizing China given where the virus originated, given the limited local transmissions (supposedly) and how many Thais are arriving with COVID-19, testing everyone is important...
