I am not in the UK to see it with my own eyes, so I rely on the media. Whilst you don't believe everything in the media, you also can not dismiss things if they are reported on by reputable media companies, or the same story is published across multiple media companies. There's plenty on the internet about it. Below is one article from the first page of a Google search. Are they lying? Is their report inaccurate? The numbers are staggering. In relation to the phones, I have already mentioned the returning of the original seized phones, or a replacement. The replacement still means they are given a new phone. In any case, say one's phone dies, given the result of the court case, I would think they are provided a new phone.
