Discipline should first be reinstated in schools: the birch returned to lower courts and hard labour brought back for public order offences.

As an aside to this story, seems Google saw fit to remove Churchill's picture from search results the other day ... but it was still perfectly OK to find Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot etc. I stopped using google a long time ago.
