Swedish pilot arrested following 2018 paramotor accident - he'd changed his name in bid to escape years in jail and millions in damages

Immigration chief Lt-Gen Sompong Chingduang yesterday announced the arrest of a Swedish pilot wanted on a warrant issued by the Chiang Mai court in November 2018 following a paramotor accident in which a South Korean tourist suffered a ripped penis. 

 

The tourist is suing him for more than 100 million baht. 

 

Hans E. went on the run to Kalasin but was arrested by the immigration police after an informant said that he was back in Mae Rim.

 

Naew Na reported that when officers went to his house Mr Hans tried to run away but was nabbed. He claimed that he was Alfred C. and showed them his passport. 

 

But he had the same appearance as the wanted man, same place and date of birth and soon admitted that he was the man named in the warrant, namely Hans E.

 

He is charged with flying an aircraft without the necessary documents, conducting an air trading business without permission and flying and landing without permission. The charges could see him jailed for up to ten years and fined up to two million baht. 

 

This all relates to 2018 when Mr Hans had advertised a paramotor business online. On the 8th of October of that year while piloting a paramotor craft he took Choi H.J. for a joyride but crashed. 

 

The Swedish pilot broke his leg and the tourist suffered a damaged penis. 

 

The suspect subsequently fled Chiang Mai and went into hiding in Kalasin in an attempt to dodge the criminal case and claims made by the Korean for more than 100 million baht in civil damages. 

 

In standard stock phrases often used by Naew Na, it was said that the immigration police acted on the orders of PM Prayut and DMP Prawit  in arresting the suspect who represented a dangerous threat to the safety and stability of Thailand, notes Thaivisa.

The surgery costs 50K  THB and the rest is to check that it's working properly.

Couldn't he have taken refuge in the IKEA in Bang Yai ?

Korean average 7,5 cm , Thai average 8,0 cm. How small is small? How fat lady get laid in here? Need roll firs in all purpose flour that find wet spot, then maybe have small chance!

With the stock charge of 1000thb per mm, after taxes and all, the cost will be approximately 352.54 THB.

No information on where he obtained a false passport...................

Strange forum, a farang commits a crime and everyone is saying he should not get punished. Maybe it would have been different if the victim was an white OAP.

 

The guy caused an accident and had no insurance, seems perfectly ok to arrest him. The Korean guy has the law on his side. The amount of the claim can de disputed in court and that is what should have been done.

True should not have said everyone. However making fun of it acting like it all a joke..  gives the wrong impression. 

If I say how I really feel about this guy I will get a slap so just admit he is a real turnip.

Starting a micro-aviation business in Thailand without all required permit,  licenses

and insurance was a real bad idea. If he had any brain cells remaining he should have went back to Sweden

and stayed there.

If he was flying for hire then he deserves to get the book thrown at him, particularly for going on the lam after the accident. 

I know this one girl I would like to sue. She was insatiable.

How about leaving the country?! Not stay where the accident happened, where the court made those nasty judgements. Why not head for Bali ? Or anywhere! BUT no, he is going to Lam it in Kalasin ????.  Have fun in the Thai justice and correction system Hans.
