Every Chemists I go to says "no Have". hospital too, I can buy in Malaysia, but I cant get there now.

you don't necessarily need those do you ?  you can just buy BUSCOPAN tablet - hyoscine-n-butylbromide

and CYPROFLOXACIN   

They will work and only around 200 baht.  Same thing.

Not at all the same thing and not appropriate for this poster's need.

 

I would also advise anyone else against self medicating with cipro for diarrhea.

 

OP ask for Lomotil, Spasil or Ditropine. The staff you are asking are not recognizing the generic name. (Which also suggests they are not real pharmacists..You might do better to find a large pharmacy staffed by actual pharmacists).
