Cheap Beer

Can anyone beat this for a bottle of Heineken/Whatever in an aircon bar?.........Soi LK all night ...new bar

That is cheap. I have to say there is a fine line between a cheap Charlie, a skin flint and a tight a--e. The owner must be giving it away.

 

I am all for competition but expecting things for free seems to be the expectation for some people.

Well with you being a highly paid executive you probably only drink imported beers.

Most shops selling alcohol make about 5-10% on a bottle.

Can't see why bars should have a much bigger markup.

Attractive hookers make a bar even more money.

No need for normal staff over and above the shops.

But most shops sell many other products. Bars have beer/alcohol, some have food and obviously the other doesn't exist in Pattaya..

 

I imagine 5-10% on a bottle will hardly pay the staff and pay the rents but I don't own or never would a bar.

Other shops don't pay the silly amount of rent + "key money" + "brown envelope money" that some bars and GoGo's pay.

Wow 44 bht.......And the lady drink is somewhere above 150 bht I bet. So its not that cheap if you want company or if you rather sit alone and drown your sorrows its the perfect place.
