The standard practice country wide is generally to release it somewhere out of town, but I suppose there will always be exceptions to the rule. Well, since it came from Burma if has to go trough state quarantine for a couple of weeks. And to add insult to injury it wasn't even wearing a mask. I'm sure those bites can hurt and 2 meters maybe a fight. amd serious infection from the bite is probably common.
