Pattaya Hotels

Will, be going down to Pattaya for a couple of weeks. Does anyone have any advice, or recomendations, on a good value for money hotel, in the 800 to 1500 baht price range.

Hotel needs to be walking distance to the beach, and with a good buffet breakfast.

Can be a little more if you know of a great deal.

Welcome Plaza Hotel - central, good value for your dosh, staff is wonderful, and rooms are clean/safe.

Lek Hotel, 2nd road near soi 13. Cost 1100 baht in the new wing and has pool and full buffet until 1 PM for 110 baht extra.

I always stay at the Sandy Spring on Soi 13. Right behind Lek Hotel.

Great staff, very clean 1500 to 2500 per night. Usually eat at the Lek buffet across the srteet.

Short walk down to the beach.

Definitely the Lek Hotel. On Soi 13, between 2nd Road and Beach Road. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Used to live in a condo across the road from the Lek. Highly recommended.
