It is the UK governments fault...not France, Europe or the immigrants.   If the government closed down and arrested the people running the sweat shops, farmers basically using slave labour,

And all you have is emotion.  Wonder if these people "fleeing terror" will show the same hospitality to the indigenous Brits in the future.

If all the young men are "fleeing terror" surely you must be devastated as to the fate of the women and children.

Britain has always been a soft touch, when it comes to immigrants, because not one politician would listen to Enoch Powell.

I know a few things to be true. I do not know where I am going, where I have come from is disappearing, I am unwelcome and my beauty is not beauty here. My body is burning with the shame of not belonging, my body is longing. I am the sin of memory and the absence of memory. I watch the news and my mouth becomes a sink full of blood. The lines, the forms, the people at the desks, the calling cards, the immigration officers, the looks on the street, the cold settling deep into my bones, the English classes at night, the distance I am from home. But Alhamdulilah all of this is better than the scent of a woman completely on fire, or a truckload of men, who look like my father pulling out my teeth and nails, or fourteen men between my legs, or a gun, or a promise, or a lie, or his name, or his manhood in my mouth

Listen to W’arsan Shire’s words in “Home” and then pontificate and rage against those fleeing terror.

Might have to question how many of the migrants getting into the UK are the poor defenceless women described here, and how many are from the 'fourteen men' between her legs. It seems to be mainly fit young men getting in, not defenceless women.

Amnesty International says it all.  The real crisis for them is that western countries still have a speck of identity left.  What actions are you taking, other then virtue signalling, to help a migrant family?

England is perhaps the only great country whose intellectuals
are ashamed of their own nationality. In left-wing circles it is always
felt that there is something slightly disgraceful in being an Englishman
and that it is a duty to snigger at every English institution, from horse
racing to suet puddings. It is a strange fact, but it is unquestionably
true that almost any English intellectual would feel more ashamed of
standing to attention during ‘God save the King’ than of stealing from a
poor box.

I understand your point, but the driving force is not "hotels and trips to Liverpool FC", it is the horrendous circumstances in which they find themselves in their own country....now that is a hugely complex problem to solve.

It is also worth noting that many of those who make it to the UK are the wealthy, well educated middle and upper class who will, within a few years, assimilate and be of benefit to the UK............many might not be and hence the requirement to screen and return.

This can not be the case, otherwise why are they not settling in even numbers across all of Europe?

Something is attracting then to the UK above all other European countries. What is it?

My brother also works for a charity helping many of these immigrants and I can tell you first hand they get exploited in sweat shops and are basically slaves.

I don't know how you can think many and wealth and a benefit to the UK. They are a benefit to illegal activities and unethical people and the authorities turn a blind eye.

As their applications to get processes that takes years and they appeal when they are refused, and again takes more delays. All this time they are either being used as slaves or being houses, fed and given money and charity.

Not that the Germans ever wanted in. When did the UK begin their relentless immigration policies?

May we determine that "History" was not your strong subject ?

Just watched the Biased Broadcasting Company news, a reporter was in France at a beach location, illegals boarding a boat, police were called and never turned up, the French authorities don't give a f#@k!!!!!!

It's a nice little earner for the Kent villains' who are supplying some of the boats.

And so many believed that Brexit would stop this happening ????.

Get the Royal Marines patrolling in the large size RHIB's... I am sure they could discourage quite a few of these people from trying to sneak into England...

The tax payer might not have paid for the jolly day out but they do for the rest of it. These people have NO right to be in the UK and need to be booted out.

Nasty unwashed foreigners ? Bludgers with no travel insurance ?

So anyway what happens to the small boats?

They are illegals. Breaking UK laws by trying to sneak in without going through the correct channels.  Who are they?  ISIS?   Jihadists?   They have passed through many safe countries so why break into the UK?  Only option is to close the borders and send them all back.

Thankfully the likes of Parler has enabled the unvarnished truth to enter public domain rather than the pathetic version currently being peddled by MSM.

Small boat asylum seeker crossing the Channel has been reported by MSM way before the OP article. as well as by refugees / asylum seeker support groups. A few examples...

No they arent. They are incorrectly calked illegals as an emotive call.

They request asylum, so until they are found to be refused asylum they are legal.

What do you expect them to do? And why? Is boarding a boat illegal?

The bull <deleted> HR lawyers trying to cash in on the act again.

Time the government got a spine. Criminals forfeit their HR when they willingly decided to become criminals. The RN and BF should blockade them as the Aussies did. Any who do get through should be interred pending return to France or return to their country of origin. No ifs or but, no exceptions.

France, as usual lily liver and happy to shove the problem elsewhere needs to be much harder to about stopping these illegals leaving France and returning them to either the first country they entered the EU or country of origin.

Stop putting them in hotels and giving them nice free handouts. Put them in labor camps until deportation.

Whilst the UK is seen as a soft touch - free housing, food, clothes, wifi, education and health etc etc they'll keep coming, with zero intention of assimilating or changing their habits and behavior. Large parts of UK cities have already been turned into sh$$t heaps by immigrants who won't change.

I think they relinquished that right once they left France, so i think you'l find they are illegals

Did they pass via Immigration? Attempting to leave a country without completing immigration formalities, and with a view of illegally entering another country (a criminal offense in most if not all countries) is against the law.

So the French authorities should be expected to act accordingly.

France is not the Soviet Union. People are free to leave whenever they want.
