Extension of Stay from a (now expired) 1 year Multiple Non – O possible?

I am in Thailand on a 1 - year Multiple Non-O Visa from Europe.
(NOT the retiree version, just the Multiple Non-O where I have to leave Thailand every 3 month)

Non-O expired in May 2020, my last entry into Thailand was in mid March just before Thailand closed,
so I am on the visa amnesty until 26th. Sept. 2020

I have 25,000 Euro (about 900,000 THB) on Bangkok Bank Euro Account since 18. August 2020.

What are my option for an Extension to Stay?

Money needs to be on the bank for 2 month before applying for the Extension, I learned from UbonJoe and others.
When the amnesty ends on 26th. September, my money will only be here since 5 weeks.

Could I still apply now for the Extension of stay or would I need to wait until 18. of October?

As the visa amnesty will have expired by mid October, is there the option to get a 30 day extension at immigration?

Looking forward to your advice ????

You could apply for a special 30 day extension with a letter from your embassy to get the extra time to have the money in the bank for 2 months.

Yes ok, I will try, maybe they are helpful and do without the letter from the embassy?

My embassies is in general not very helpful... but they are great in taking all sorts of service fees...

Unless you use the services of an agent, the senior official at your immigration office is very unlikely to use their discretion to waive the seasoning requirements. If it is a small, friendly office, you could ask to talk to the senior official of the office and ask. If they are 100% convinced that the money deposited recently is yours, and exceptional circumstances exist to justify it, they are empowered to waive seasoning. Take evidence that the money was transferred from your own account overseas. It costs nothing to try. Your chances would be about 5% or so.
