Now with that nice looking face who could believe that he would be involved in a cheating scandal, not be a really nice guy and not up to par to do a job like taking care of the Thai people's money. I believe he first worked for Yingling. Must have some power to him.

You mean Yingluck, who had no luck three times!

So this guy is the drug minister, then the fact that its all a misunderstanding and a name switchup holds even less credibility. God what bad group of people that are in charge. Its so anoying when liars and cheats get in positions of power.

Even worse that almost all parties have them (former FFP excluded).

It's a perfect reflection of the society. No different. Will find the same across the public and private sector. The corruption is endemic.

So many people obtain degrees and never attend a lecture hall...they simply pay someone to do the course for them.

But, they go to the graduation ceremony, sit in their position and receive their diploma from a royal....no guilt or embarrassment.

Lecturers, recognise different students collecting degrees, but say nothing...complicit in the fraud

As long as they've got ten fingers and ten toes, they can count to twenty!

In response to the speech in Parliament by Democrat MP Vinai Sompong in 2008, claiming that Mr. Santi was dismissed over alleged exam cheating, the Professor admitted that Mr. Santi was caught cheating in 1999 when he hired Mr. Somyot Meesawat to sit in the exam on his behalf

In the land of fake he should fit in nicely.

here we go, perfect match/fit for the current government, maybe that's why he was in a worry to come forward with his candidacy  555

I posted this link in another related thread already, but for those who didn't see it I do it here again. From this wonderful article you can see the very special 'qualifications' of this guy:

Read this article, savour it like a glass of good wine!!!

Yea for sure one of Prawit's guy's.

Why does that image trigger memories of a skin crawling US song from the late 60s, The Ballad of the Green Beret?

It must be the opening lines of the lyric....'Silver wings upon their chests, these are men (Thailand's) best........(sound of retching......)

To be fair, didn't the current head of the EU Council of Europe get exposed for cheating on her PhD whilst still a Minister of Defense for Germany.

Didn't stop her getting the EU top job, for which the EU even ignored it's own rules.

Same same but different - the whole world over.

Richard

It boggles the mind how these high ranking authorities attain the levels they have all based on a lie.A whopper at that!

Having said that, a relative of my wife's got an adult degree so she could get a gov't job.Upon discovery that an MBA paid more she promptly obtained one of those...lol TIT?

That doesn,t bode too well for the future ?

and that is the main reason why the vast majority of 'em have problems gaining well paid employment overseas - everybody knows that their diplomas and certificates aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
