Count me amongst the 1 percent then. I don't mind the quarantine if it is not too expensive; actually, I consider the quarantine a good thing as it means that staying in Thailand will be safer regarding the virus.

That is of more concern to me. However, judging from people living in Thailand, it is not too bad at the moment.

I don't think that i actually the case. Thailand is far from unusual in its restrictions. You may find somewhere if you look long enough but there aren't plenty of destinations at this point open to foreign tourists without quarantine.

Depending on circumstances this could be right up my street towards the end of the year

 

2 weeks quarantine is no real issue, in fact noting some of the comments regarding the concerns of the Thai public, if quarantine alleviated the fear among my family friends and neighbours then it would turn out to be a beneficial part of the process for all concerned
