I find it irritating that most of the press seem to assume that Trump contracted Covid from Hope Hicks.

 

IMO It is just as likely that Hope Hicks contracted Covid from Trump.  He was the one front and centre at his super spreader events.

If you check Table 3 of your link https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid_weekly/index.htm you'll find that it does give a breakdown of the comorbidities at the time of death.
