Much Ado About Nothing.  Gigantic projects for those in the know to cash in on commissions.  'It is a tale told by an idiot full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.'

'Workers must improve their skills' - Thai workers must first improve their attitude to work in general.  Overmanning, corruption, down-trodden masses have resulted in a work-shy view of what a job entails.  An average Thai worker would not last a month in Europe but die of exhaustion.

So he wants Thai people to improve their skills on their own ???? I’m sure there are few resources on the internet that are in Thai language (as only one percent of the world speaks Thai) for them to learn from.

Anyway, there are likely only a handful of people that would take the time to study at home, and if they became competent, they would probably leave Thailand.

Good luck
