Sydebolle
And then you wonder, why nobody takes anything of the Thai government serious and expects that everything is automatically linked to corruption - despite the "No Tips" campaign ..... ???? Badboldie
If they wave the "red notice" perhaps the bull will come to them and charge the RTP! 555555
Cereal
Nobody wants this guy arrested. Think of all the potential dirt he and his family have on everyone of note in the LOS. Just like Jeffrey Epstein "committed suicide", Boss is never gonna be allowed to face the music. He'll live a life of pampered ultra-luxury abroad forever. That ain't so bad. Hell, I could handle Dubai with a billion in my pocket.
P Funk
Why don’t they use the bail money he forfeited when he skipped as a reward for info leading to his arrest? Already spent?... too bad.
Classic Ray
11 hours ago, Dionigi said: From Interpol's website "What is a Red Notice? A Red Notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. It contains two main types of information: Information to identify the wanted person, such as their name, date of birth, nationality, hair and eye colour, photographs and fingerprints if available. Information related to the crime they are wanted for, which can typically be murder, rape, child abuse or armed robbery. Red Notices are published by INTERPOL at the request of a member country, and must comply with INTERPOL’s Constitution and Rules. A Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant." It is a request for provisional arrest pending extradition proceedings being started by the originating country, so not exactly toothless. Thailand likes to shout about it when they assist other countries in locating and arresting people for extradition, not so toothless then. Nothing about needing an address to enforce the provisional arrest. That’s the point of a Red Notice, to alert all member countries so fugitives can be detained wherever they try to hide. Firstly we don’t know if all the paperwork to support the issue of a Red Notice has been submitted to Interpol, secondly whether the evidence to support extradition has been gathered by RTP for the time if or when he has been arrested.
