There where multiple cases recently (some months ago) about the same thing, people taking money out of accounts with stolen ID cards !, It seemed very easy to do as most bank clerks didn't check thoroughly !

One case was done before the covid-19 time and the perpetrator had a face masc on, and was never checked !!!
