Daikin - the worst garbage aircon
I think the important thing to know about air-conditioning, is that in the last five or six years there has been a revolution. It used to be the case that Mitsubishi and Dakin were considered the best and there was a world of difference between them and everything else. That has all changed, with high-quality Chinese units exploding onto the market at very low prices. They are every bit as good as Dakin and Mitsubishi and typically between a quarter and half the price. We only fit TCL in our villas now unless we want a heat cool unit. -

Naa hate to break it to ya I think she will sign the BIPARTISAN border bill into law it provides money to clear the back log of asylum cases,for the fight against drug smuggling and fentanyl more border patrol agents…..but I’m sure 100% she will not back arresting millions of families and deporting them nor revoking citizenship of others.she was the AG for California after all she’s seen the consequences close up unlike the trust fund baby man. -

Wise removes Long Stay Reason on Transfers
Interesting. I transfer using WISE. I do not maintain funds with WISE. When WISE app asks for transfer I tick "already sent" Then go to my online Oz banking app and pay WISE. After doing a few reference # is not required. You are in their system. My transfers using WISE take minutes. Why do some Farang worry so much about Thailand being too =hot=?
I can relate ... as it can definitely get to you at times. And I'm a bit south, so feels like 40+C for a month, isn't strange at all. Even last work location in USA, would hit 38+/- for a month, and humid. Worked outside, and needed a shirt or 3 to stay dry, during the work shift. After a wave of flights, soaked w/sweat. But some folks simply complain a bit too much, and probably should have chose another spot to retire. I accepted it was the tropic, though a bit more than I actually thought would be. Down here / PKK, as Udon had half year on no brutal heat, even a bit nippy for month. Pros far outweigh the cons here / TH. I do the same here, as I did for a few months every year at Memphis USA, when not at work. AC house to AC car to AC vendor. Only plus with Memphis, they pretty much didn't have a winter. Bummer about no show. But living in PA, NJ, MI, WV and it was heated house to heated car to heated vendor At least there we had snow to play in. Spring & autumn always lovely, as it has been here this past week, and next week. Heavy overcast and don't even need the ACs overnight. Actually have to use the water heaters. Happy Relaxing ... in the shade with a breeze ... hopefully. -
