we both misread, its 10k and he isnt asking for electric propulsion, i think he can find it on alibaba for about that cost,

and custom wont be a problem when its not battery powered

They have at least three options in-store. The higher priced ones may offer better quality and be lighter.

The Dahon Route 7 is about 12k. I know that's slightly more than you want to pay, but for a 100kg guy you want to buy quality, and Dahon is an establish and reputable brand. The Decathlon above might also be good.

 

Might I suggest that you look at a mini bike instead of a folding bike? They have smaller wheels and frame than a normal bike, but are much more stable and stronger than a folding bike. Better for a heavier gentleman. I have one and can fit it in my Mazda CX-3 without even having to remove the wheels. The one below is only 7k on Lazada.

Mine is identical to this. It is carbon fibre, and over 26k baht. But there are cheaper aluminium ones.

 

The one I sent you in the link is 6,995. Price depends on brand, the material used in the frame, and the groupset (gear and brake make and model).

Thing is.. at 100 kilos I think he needs a big frame  ..lots of bikes in that range for Thais.. but for a big ferang .. I don't think so.. I paid 16k for mine ..not foldable .. a mountain bike ..but a good ride for me.. I'm 100 kilos too.. A foldable for a 100 kilo guy is going to be a very uncomfortable ride.. I think..

That looks like a great bike, very similar to Dahon, or some Chinese brands.  My buddy was looking for something similar for his wife (she’ll not be pushing the height or weight limits) and all the local shops were sold out of 20” wheel bikes; they only had 14” foldies available.  Luckily, a more distant shop had stock.  The situation may be the same in Thailand.  Since the COVID-19 lockdowns, cycling has become immensely popular here

Lots of folding bike  on Lazada. including some by Land Rover and Chevrolet, but don't know if genuine.

There was a cool looking brand Hito Bike, but is 25,000THB. Also there are shops in Bangkok that specialise in folding bikes, with lots of well known brands  such as Brompton, Tern and Dahon.

 

As you can imagine, they won't be cheap,  but you get what you pay  for I suppose.

A 100kg man that is 190cm or taller isn't that unusual.  I'm not sure about foldable bikes but most full sized road bikes like Trek or Specialized usually have a weight limit of 125kg.

I apologise in advance if you know all of this already:

It may be possible at your price point Bt10000 to get a mid-range folding bike. Perhaps second hand.

Bear in mind that the maximum rated weight may be system [total] weight rather than rider weight. If you consider the usual triumvate of strong/lightweight/cheap wherein you can only pick two, I'd suggest you should er on the strength side and decide what you need more of from the other two. On the cheap scale, the top of the range Decathlon at Bt6000 is a good example: Decathlon have a good reputation for value, but note that while this bike has an alloy frame, the fork and low end components are steel. That gives strength, but lots of weight which may impinge on the portability and ride experience. And rust, plenty of rust.  At mid range, the usual suspects of Dahon and the family related company Tern have a great reputation. Tern's locking mechanism is very sound, but these will blow your budget when you add the better components. At the high end; Brompton/ Airnimal etc are high quality and with prices to match. 
Your likely use should drive your decision as well; throwing into the boot[trunk] is a little different to commuting on the BTS, and you may get away with a minibike or something like a Montague. 

It may be worth avoiding a sticker engineered bike like Lamborghini, Chevrolet, Jeep etc unless you know the original maker..... something like Hummer by Monague for example. Or Peugeot by ummm... Peugeot!
I tested many bikes a few years back and almost bought a Montague as a travel bike. In the end though, I bought a Ritchey Breakaway as that suited my needs best.
