Efforts on to distribute and manufacture medical robots in EEC

The Office of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) has been working with the Institute of Field Robotics (FIBO) at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi to manufacture and distribute “Mod Borirak” (Caregiver Ants) medical robots to hospitals in EEC areas in a bid to help medical professionals in the treatment of Covid-19 patients.

Phuket’s Soi Dog Foundation opens Humane Education Centre at Mai Khao shelter

The Soi Dog Foundation has officially opened its Humane Education Centre, the first of its kind in Thailand dedicated to the welfare of stray animals. The centre, located at the Soi Dog shelter in northern Phuket, forms part of the foundation’s Humane Education program. Rolled out in 2017, the program sees a team visit Thai schools to teach the next generation the basic principles of animal welfare and promote empathetic attitudes towards both owned pets and free-roaming strays.

RTP will not be fooled! Monks caught smuggling millions of methamphetamine pills

Thai police have announced the arrest of two monks and three others who were caught trying to transport 4.8 million Ya Ba pills (methamphetamine mixed with caffeine) from the north to central Thailand.

China's Manila mission says 'dangerous' U.S. creating chaos in Asia
