Pattaya motorcycle taxi guy with a heart of gold - free rides for handicapped, 30 baht for most

A motorcycle taxi rider in Pattaya received widespread praise after he posted on Facebook offering free service "for all time" to the handicapped, pregnant ladies, monks and the homeless. Others could get a great deal, he promised.

Siam Chon News caught up with Phadet, 36, near Big C in South Pattaya.

He said he was from Uttaradit and came to Pattaya eleven years ago spending the last seven as a "win" rider.

He said he wanted to do his bit to help out with all the trouble that the pandemic is causing in Pattaya.

He said that apart from the freebies for the groups mentioned above he would take other people anywhere in Pattaya for just 30 baht a trip.

Should you wish to avail yourself of his service he can be contacted on 063 3911982.

Great.... but how do we do the 2 meter distancing bit?

I bet he's popular with the other motorcycle taxi riders.  ????

Sincerely hope his next "check in" won't come from a hospital IC unit, after some "misunderstanding" with some other "win" guys at a dark turn.
