Thanks to many Americans' ultimate sacrifice in Operation Overlord neither my national anthem, nor the French ever changed to "Deutschland, Deutschland Uber Alles". The French, despite their protestations still have Vichy characteristics when dealing with Germany. Weren't they the one's who built tree-lined roads to ensure the German Army marched in the shade? Germany has always hungered for power in Europe, and with the EU and French help they have it. Thankfully, the UK has 'seen the light' once again! Thank you for prooving that a lot of Brexiteers are old folks who are still living 70 years in the past. Just unify Ireland get it in the EU, problem solved, wait a bit for Scotland to follow. ???? But seriously more and more people in N ireland are becoming pro EU and there is a clause in the good friday accords for them to unify and get in the EU. So these problems might make that a far more realistic thing. Its just stupid of the Brexiteers that they have ignored it all and now put the blame somewhere else. 6

Actually Project Fear was a million job losses, house prices crashing, no medicine, GDP down 10%, mass outbreaks of super gonnorhea etc. none of which has happened. Project Fear wasn't about normal teething problems like we've been having. Brexiteers were well aware that there would be some short term difficulties and we made an informed decision that it was a price worth paying to be free of the corrupt mess that is the EU. I have no regrets whatsoever. In fact we have tangible benefits in the vaccine rollout much sooner than I had anticipated. I'm delighted with the result. It seems the "Remainders" as you call them (which is quite fitting actually as they do seem to have only a fraction of the intelligence of Leavers) who seem angry.
