Foreigner on superbike and Thai woman seriously hurt in Samrong after song thaew smash

Many riders here in UK come a cropper,... usually middle aged men who've decided to fall back in love with motorcycling in their 40's and older...not worth it, stay with the car.

 

Bit off topic...but what has happened to the home page ? its become unpopulated with content and links...has it moved?

I used to have a mbike like that  650 cc  Honda....racing type

Laying it down once taught me I do NOT need a bike that big-fast

The bigger and faster the more damage it can do

I recall trying to lift the heavy bike off as the exhaust burned into my leg...

Quite happy with my old 95 dreams in LOS..gets me where I need to go--a workhorse 100cc

When I got T boned by a thai on my mbike and shattered my knee the police said it wouldnt have happened if I wasnt there

My Honda smashed...had to wear a cast---they took my mbike and passport and it ended up costing me 9000 to get it all back...

I was a green horn back then..I remember the cop lady yelling at me cos I wouldn't sign a confession--written in thai...fun times!
