I have searched many realtors sites for a nice 2 to 4 bedroom, furnished or partially furnished modern house to rent near Promenada Mall and Chiang Mai Bangkok Hospital.. 20-30k budget. Western kitchen with built in oven and microwave, double sink, kitchen island etc. Large walk in shower. For the right house and price I am willing to sign a 2 year lease. It's always the best way to find property rental in Thailand. Western kitchen is probably not gonna happen. I will have to check the other FB pages.... Thanks... I was also told I can check at guard shacks at moo bans for postings and also give them an ID and go on sign hunting drives...
