That's a bit of a drama .

I got mine years ago ,just filled in 2 Documents there and then offered an Donation 1/2 Hr done didn't need to get anything,no birth certificate or nothing. Never bothered with the Pink card.

 

 

 

It just goes to show we all have very different experiences in dealing with them and it isn't one size, fits all.

 

The same exactly with peoples experience of dealing with other officialdom, such as immigration.

      They brought mine to my house! I went through all the above nonsense as well, but took the Puyai Baan with us the first time, as they had said they wanted him there. I had to give him some money
