I got mine years ago ,just filled in 2 Documents there and then offered an Donation 1/2 Hr done didn't need to get anything,no birth certificate or nothing. Never bothered with the Pink card. It just goes to show we all have very different experiences in dealing with them and it isn't one size, fits all.
