That's a bit of a drama .

I got mine years ago ,just filled in 2 Documents there and then offered an Donation 1/2 Hr done didn't need to get anything,no birth certificate or nothing. Never bothered with the Pink card.

 

 

 

It just goes to show we all have very different experiences in dealing with them and it isn't one size, fits all.

 

The same exactly with peoples experience of dealing with other officialdom, such as immigration.

    I went through  similar process which was very simple to comply with but involved plenty leg work  (notarised copy of Passport, Translation, MFA verification, 2 hrs in Amphur office while the lady fil
