As far as I see it, tens of thousands of experts and government ministers around the world haven't found the magical formula, so what's yours? And if not Phuket, then where? Thailand's tourism industry will be reborn once all those hotels are snapped up by Chinese businessman for cents on the dollar. out with the old and in with the new, Cambodian style.
