Eye doctor needed Nong Khai/Udon area

I would like to consult an eye specialist in the Nong Khai/Udon Thani area. 

I have tried a local hospital who just advised me to apply eye drops.

I feel there is some other issue behind my problem.

Can anybody recommend a clinic or hospital with an eye specialist department

Dr Patsathorn - he works at Wattana & Udon Hospital, speaks English.

i think he means North Eastern Wattana Hospital in Udon Thani,  a private hospital.
