PHUKET:-- The Phuket Sandbox plan has been officially approved by the Centre for Economic Situation Administration (CESA) to allow the island to reopen to foreign tourists by first reducing then eliminating mandatory quarantine requirements.

CAIRO (Reuters) - At least 32 people were killed and 165 injured when two trains collided in central Egypt on Friday, health ministry officials said, as the prime minister admitted the country's rail network urgently needed modernising.

Recycling plant in Prachin Buri razed, damage estimated at millions of baht
