March 30, 20215 yr Does anyone know of any repair shops, preferably downtown, in Pattaya? I just need a connection re-soldered. Thanks.
March 30, 20215 yr Popular Post handicapped man shop, right before soi19 driving north on 3rd road (or opposite to soi 14)
March 31, 20215 yr Has Amorn technical service again? I remember that they couldn't offer it for quite a while.
March 31, 20215 yr Electrical cables and metal do not mix well with Thai workmanship. Electric fry pans are cheap, is it really worth the risk of repair here? Here's one for for 478 baht off Lazada. https://www.lazada.co.th/products/smarthome-electric-frying-pan-i1665954531-s4654388068.html?spm=a2o4m.searchlist.list.2.44197cd9X2bhPX&search=1

His legs don't work (maybe cp or paralysed or something else), thus works by sitting on floor in his messy shop, but he speaks OK english and can fix many things. For me has fixed water heater (temp control resistor broken), TV (went blank but fuse not burnt), aircon control board (jingchok burnt in) for a small fee, and for another water heater told can not fix (no charge). Can warmly recommend him for any electrical/electronics jobs in central Pattaya area. Edited April 1, 20215 yr by mran66

He told me he's been at that location for 20 yrs. Edited April 3, 20215 yr by trevor67 info
