Yesterday a friend sent a photo of a Foreigner with Covid who has run away from Hua Hin Hospital. I hope the authorities catch up with him soon.

Would you like to share the photo so we all know?

no, that can be considered libel.
for example: posting a photo of an individual suspected of having fled from a hospital, may lead to prosecution.
It is an attack on his privacy, on his dignity.
This post may be fake, or in a spirit of revenge.
