Learning Thai In Phuket

Featured Replies

Hi all. I took Thai lessons on Bangkok for a couple of months and now I'd like to take lesons in Phuket. I haven't seen any Thai language lessons advertised, but maybe I haven't looked hard enough. :o I would like to take lessons for a couple of hours a time, twice per week. I think that private lessons might be better, but I'm open to a group lesson too, if it's a small group.

Can anyone reccomend a good Thai teacher? Thanks.

:D

I know a good teacher. What part of Phuket are you in?

Also, group wise, Prince Songkla Univer. offers a very good 1 year course. Pretty intensive.

Thanks, sniper. I live in Cherngthalay, but I'm not worried about driving a bit. I think that a year is too long. I was hoping to find a course that runs in increments of a couple of months at a time.

The Patong language school next to the CAT office has courses and options (group, small group, one on one) and can arrange private tuition to visit you..
