Why experts are blasting Trump for 'already breaking the law'
He's not convicted until he is sentenced. But keep lying, you don't care about the truth. And he can't appeal until after he's sentenced. -

A Police Visit on Remembrance Sunday Reveals the Reality of Our Two-Tier Justice System
Having learned the subject of the police visit was Allison Pearson, a Telegraph reporter, we also learn she has limited view of ‘Remembrance Day’, here’s her reported statement on the matter: "Today, we are commemorating British men who gave their lives so we could live in a free country,” Here’s what the Royal British Legion have to say: “Remembrance honours those who serve to defend our democratic freedoms and way of life. We unite across faiths, cultures and backgrounds to remember the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community from United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. We will remember them.” Many of whom were not British, and from across all faith groups found across the commonwealth and the then empire. Now if Allison Pearson can just rattle her head and tell us what it is she’s been posting we call all see if it’s something that honors the Remembrance she has chosen to evoke in her complaint. https://www.britishlegion.org.uk/get-involved/remembrance/about-remembrance -

Introduction to Personal Income Tax in Thailand
If none of these threads had taken place, everyone would know far less than they do today. But because they did take place, people can make informed decisions about they think they should do. Either way, everyone would arrive at the same point eventually, one way is with the benefit of knowledge and time, the other is reactive and in a rush and panic. No, 'everyone' wouldn't arrive at the same point eventually. These threads, or similarly trusting the advice/consultancy of 'expat' tax advisors (which is apparently technically illegal) have caused some people to: Firstly, waste their time & energy - by trying to self file and in many cases being denied even getting a TIN. Secondly, next year when/if they do manage to file DIY, or one of the (IMO predatory) agencies does it for them - they have wasted their money. Those who didn't read them, continue to not file, as they have not filed for many years, with no consequences, and have not wasted their time nor money. Thailand has had minimal/no tax enforcement on foreigners for many years despite many technically being liable. There is no indication yet, this will change. So, it is not a significant risk currently. -

Krungsri Interest Rates
Anyone who claims they have only winners is full of BS (unless tracker in the US market). I'm still sitting on some absolute shockers but luckily, small(ish) punts (sub £5k) and I'll let them ride for a while and hope for bounce back (with a combination of not worth selling, and nobody likes to admit they made a mistake after investing after doing supposed due diligence). Some were looking good then they go tits. Some of the 'shockers' I've got are Seeing Machines, Strix Group and Synththomer. Well down but not going to kill me. However, I've had some fantastic results with larger investments. I started buying into Next PLC around 2000 when the price was around £7. Reinvested Divis and occasionally topped up with work bonuses and the price now is around £100. Also have a few 4 timers and 5 timers through US smaller company funds, UK smaller company funds (which are probably worth a punt now in my humble opinion with reducing interest rates and the election out of the way) and Global equity funds. In addition, have the UK individual shares paying high dividends. Certainly can't win them all but diversification is the key. And I keep at least 3 years cash for when times are not great. Everything bounces back eventually and normally rises.
