Thieves Steal Hotel Cables

At 2.30 pm on 16th May the Pattaya police were informed by the Areca Lodge Hotel staff, located in Soi Diana that someone had climbed into the hotel area and stole electric cables.

Pattaya Police Chief; Pol. Col. Sutin Sappuang together with officers quickly went to inspect the scene.

Mr. Nikhom Chuaydaeng the engineer of the hotel explained that this empty space belongs to the hotel and it is planned that another section of the hotel will be constructed there in the future.

Witnesses told the police that they saw garbage collectors walking around the area earlier and maybe they took it?

Therefore more investigation must be done by the police.

But were those cunning theives also cunning linguists ?

Pretty risky business stealing electrical wires, the results can be shocking ! (I think we did that whole word-play business in another thread about some poor sod that accidentally electrocuted himself).
