Yes, others have reported "mysterious" discounts, but the official roolz have the April consumption as the baseline with any discount made to consumption above that. This months usage was 494kWhrs A few months ago we changed two of our Air Con units to Daikin FKTM ... they seem to use far less electric and at least one of them runs most of the day and night.
