Hotel with Seaview

Can anyone recommend a good beachside hotel? Looking for somewhere with a nice view right by the sea and a good balcony to relax and have a few drinks seeing as bars are closed. That is the main criteria, any recommendations? Dont matter where the hotel actually is, just that there is a good sea view. Budget around 2000 a night. Any recommendations? Thanks!

Plenty in Cha Am around that price, not too many rooms have sea view as they are at 90 degrees to the beach so you would have to specifically ask. A lot of the hotels with xxx(name) Hua Hin are actually in Cha Am and Phetchaburi restaurants are open.

Asia Cha Am.... 1009 Baht.

Amari, Holiday Inn, Ozo, Dusit, Grande Centre Point, Siam@Siam, Hilton, A-01, and D'Beach are some that have seaview rooms with balconies in the Pattaya Beach part of Pattaya.

All, but the Dusit have a road in between. I would avoid both Central Pattaya and Jomtien if wanting beachfront living.

Siam@Siam is an excellent place with seaview rooms and very popular/spectacular infinity pool. Seaview rooms are a bit above the 2000 Baht budget (even without breakfast).

Dusit Thani with seaview is clearly over the budget (2600).

Affordable: Markland Seaside, beachrd. Soi 1.

Still all prices are stunningly compared to a normal season.

I still assume the OP wants to be in Pattaya (or Jomtien).

I haven't considered the options in Jomtien.

Many of the huge hotels are closed.

Don't forget the budget (2000).

Even at this time hard to find at some of the places.

Siam@Siam is...

Really?

right by the sea

Second road is not right by the sea. Nothing on Beach road other than Windy Inn's beach annex is "right by the sea".

They are just sea view at best.

Ok. I reread the post.

Not only seaview but seaside!

For 2000 Baht in Pattaya?

Pattaya beach is completely out (no beachside except Dusit and Royal cliff, way over budget).

Jomtien beach completely out (no beachside).

As far as I see it's only Naklua Wongamat left?

That's a hard nut to crack.

Giving up.

Garden Cliff Naklua is a seaview and seaside, it has it's own beach plus it's under 1,500 baht right now, it's a great hotel.

That's one good choice!
Would I have read the OP completely I might have started with Naklua ????

A sensible suggestion.

I would also be looking for deep discounts at such places as the Pullman.

Another option; Golden Tulip if they can offer front facing full sea view within budget..

Naklua would definitely be my first choice if the OP can transport themselves around.

I just told you of the only place beach side. You are skimming over too quickly. Windy Inn, once again.

Nothing special but it is beachfront with beach access. It is where they have their pool and bar.

In a way. Passing kind of a road that is mostly free of cars to get to the public beach.

But strictly beachside?
