·  Business:  Commercial space suitable for beach club, disco bar, restaurant, coffee shop, fast food..etc.

·  Location:  Haad Rin beach , Koh Phangan, Surat Thani Province , 84280 Thailand.

·  Building:  2 floor building with entry from the ground level at main road on beach side.

·  Building size :  500 square meters.

.  Ground Floor size (Beachfront):  250 square meters.

.  First Floor size (Beachfront):  250 square meters.  

·  Lease Terms  :  9 years (3 + 3 + 3).

·   Ground Floor Monthly Rent (free rent until international airport will be open) :  2,200,000 per year if paid one year in advance (183,333 Baht a month).

  If pay monthly the rent shall be 230.000 baht a month.

·   Whole Building  Monthly Rent (free rent until international airport will be open) :  3,200,000 per year if paid one year in advance (266,666 Baht a month) , if pay monthly the rent shall be 300.000 baht a month.

· Key Money : None.

· Security Deposit:  Three Months’ Rent Fee.

· Sale Terms:  20% non-refundable deposit (to secure the business and remove it for sale) and the balance within 30 days.
